&lt;p&gt;Ho usato solo anelli di cipolla, cimette di cavolfiore sbollentate e zucchine tagliate a listarelle (insomma, le verdure che avevo in casa). Per la pastella ho usato della farina di manitoba (avevo solo quella), mezza lattina di birra del discount (o da drogati, se preferite) pepe, curry, cumino e sale. Per friggere ho usato del comune olio EVO, anche se so che non si dovrebbe ma, come ripeto ancora una volta, avevo solo quello in casa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Probabilmente un friggitore più esperto di me avrebbe preparato anche qualche stuzzicante salsina in cui intingere le verdure, ma era la prima volta che facevo questa ricetta ed è venuta bene anche così.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ho mangiato una quantità di verdure in pastella fritte devastante. Non sono morto, ma sono molto vicino al coma.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;“Involtini Primavera”: esperimento un po’ fallimentare oggi. Quelli che dovevano essere involtini al forno si sono rivelati dei “fagottini ripieni” esteticamente discutibili. Di gusto erano piuttosto buoni ma come consistenza e sapore della pasta totalmente diversi da quelli ultra fritti dei cinesi veri. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Involtini miei : Cina = Pizza fatta dai cinesi : Italia&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Parlando di questioni tecniche: Il ripieno è stato preparato facendo soffriggere porri e carote, dopo ho aggiunto il cavolo cappuccio tagliato alla julienne e i germogli di soia. Ho infine aggiunto 2 cucchiai abbondanti di salsa di soia e un bicchiere d’acqua per aiutare la cottura del cavolo.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ho comprato una pasta brisè 100% vegetale, l’ho tagliata e ho fatto 7 rettangoli in cui ho messo un po’ del ripieno. Infine ho chiuso i fagottini e li ho messi in forno a 200 °C per circa 45 minuti (nel frattempo ho visto un pezzo di partita).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responso finale: Involtini primavera un cazzo, non avevano per niente quell’aspetto zozzo e buono di quelli fatti dai cinesi, ciò nonostante ho imparato le potenzialità della pasta brisè e magari l’applicherò in modo diverso prossimamente.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;due fettine di seitan tagliate a metà, in modo che diventi più sottile&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sughetto di pomodoro preparato in precedenza&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Origano&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Olive verdi e nere tagliate a rondelle&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capperi in salamoia (io però non ce li metto perché non li ho in casa)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;uno spicchietto d’aglio.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fare rosolare in un filo d’olio uno spicchietto d’aglio tagliato a metà (eliminate l’anima dell’aglio se no vi puzza il fiato per 3 giorni). Dopo un paio di minuti mettere a soffriggere le fettine di seitan (volendo potete anche dargli una passata veloce nella farina) rigirandolo un paio di volte. Quando il seitan vi sembra quasi pronto, diciamo dopo cinque minuti circa, aggiungere il sughetto di pomodoro e infine le olive. Il sughetto deve essere bello corposo, quindi lasciate in padella finché non si riduce per bene e diventa bello denso. Prima di servire aggiungere l’origano e se vi piace una spolverata di peperoncino. L’ideale sarebbe accompagnarlo con un po’ di riso bollito e magari un’insalatina di contorno.&lt;/p&gt;
